Concerts : Alpine Valley Music Theater

Alpine Valley Music Theatre is a 37,000-capacity amphitheater located on County Highway D in East Troy, Wisconsin. The seasonal venue was built in 1977 and it features a characteristic wooden roof, covering the 7,500-seat pavilion and a sprawling lawn. It was reported on Urban Milwaukee Dial on August 25, 2014 to be for sale for over $8 million.The theatre is located roughly equidistant between Madison, Milwaukee, Rockford, and Chicago, and therefore draws a wide regional audience.

County Fair/Antique Flea Market

County Fair, One of the oldest fairs in the state of Wisconsin, the Walworth County Fair was established in 1849. Livestock judging, exhibits, carnival rides, concessions, harness racing, tractor and truck pulls, demolition derby, and free grandstand shows.

Lake Geneva – Only 8 Miles

Lake Geneva is a resort city on Geneva Lake in southeastern Wisconsin. The lakeside Shore Path is dotted with Gilded Age mansions, many built by wealthy Chicagoans. Nearby, the 19th-century Black Point Estate and Gardens was the summer home of Chicago beer magnate Conrad Seipp. The Queen Anne–style house has Victorian furnishings. The Apple Barn has orchards for picking fruit as well as an award winning winery — W6384 Sugar Creek Road, Elkhorn 262-728-3266:

Quednow’s Heirloom Apple Orchard is a wonderful family owned orchard with over 100 varieties of heirloom apples. They also sell cider and if you are lucky cider donuts and apple pie (yum!).

Staller’s is an award winning winery: They periodically pair their wines with special dinners at the Black Sheep Restaurant and posts the schedule on their website.608-883-2100

Kettle Moraine

Hiking, Biking, Cross Country Skiing:
We are less than a 10 minute drive from the Kettle Moraine State Park where you can hike, bike, and cross country ski, depending on the season. There are also various races from relatively short to ridiculously long (100 miles!) held at different points in the year in the state park.
